Do you enjoy connecting with people and turning opportunities into tangible results? Join our team as a Lead Sales Specialist. You’ll play a key role in expanding our services by helping clients maximize their potential through our lead generation solutions.
Roles and responsibilities :
• Accept appointments requested by potential clients through platforms like LinkedIn or other media.
• Identify and target potential clients to present and promote our services.
• Schedule meetings with interested potential clients and persuade them to acquire our solutions.
• Conduct post-sale follow-ups with clients to verify payments and confirm service activation.
• Follow up before contract renewals to maintain a high retention rate within your current client portfolio.
Schedule :
Full-time or part-time, with a high level of autonomy. This position is fully remote.
Compensation :
Performance-based commission salary with bonuses for completed appointments.
Profile sought :
• At least 1 year of relevant sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with digital media tools and platforms (LinkedIn, CRM, etc.).
• Passion for sales and client retention.
• Strong skills in both French AND English.
