You will develop professional relationships with our customers and optimize base sales, NPD & promotions. You will ensure great visibility in retailers and delivery of sales capabilities. Your drive will lead you to deliver the field KPI's and hit your annual objectives.

How you will contribute

You will:

  1. Ensure maximum visual impact and optimal shelf availability through merchandising techniques.
  2. Implement and monitor promotional activities.
  3. Manage placement and implementation of point-of-buying materials.
  4. Report on activities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid knowledge of sales and negotiation processes
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Sales experience required, preferably in FMCG/CPG

What you need to know about this position:

The ideal candidate should have a strong ambition to grow within a career in sales at Mondelez, understanding that this role is a stepping stone in retail sales, with the goal of advancing within the organization.

A passion for the CPG industry, with eagerness to represent and sell iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, and Cadbury. A strong understanding of retail dynamics and a drive to deliver results through effective in-store execution and customer engagement.

Education / Certifications:

University Bachelor's Degree (4 years), preferably in business administration or commerce.

Travel requirements:

90% in-territory visits to customers in the Aurora/Richmond Hill, Ontario Territory.

The successful candidate will be eligible for a company vehicle, provided they possess a valid driver’s license and meet all internal fleet policy requirements.

Work schedule:

Regular business hours (Monday-Friday).

Toronto, Canada
