Job Summary

Canadian Fiber Optics Corp. is seeking an energetic, outgoing Field Sales Representative who is a proactive team player capable of exceeding customer expectations. Ideal candidates will have sales and customer service experience, a drive for uncapped commissions, and the ability to self-manage their time and responsibilities.

What You Will Be Doing
  1. Travel within your assigned territory (e.g., Spirit River, Falher, High Prairie, Valleyview, Beaverlodge, Calmar, Millet, Saddle Hills County, Sturgeon County).
  2. Build value-based internet solutions for residential customers using Northern Lights Fiber products.
  3. Initiate contact with customers through door-to-door outreach, cold calling, and social media to generate leads.
  4. Foster relationships with residents and businesses in the communities served.
  5. Provide personalized, local-class service to customers.
What We Are Looking For
  • Resident within the travel region, with community knowledge.
  • Owns a reliable device (phone reimbursement provided).
  • Has a dependable vehicle suitable for travel and remote work (mileage reimbursement and LOA provided).
  • Maintains a positive community image.
  • Possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable with walking door-to-door.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Schedule

Flexible, 40 hours/week with 4-8 hour shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Other Requirements
  • Reliable commuting within communities in your territory.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
