Key Responsibilities:

• Make150 outbound calls per dayto property owners on behalf of our tenants to help secure rental properties.
• Utilize theleadsandsales trainingprovided to successfully connect with property owners and find homes for tenants.
• Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics, with the ability to earn anaverage of $100,000/yearbased on commissions.
• Occasionallytravel to office locationsfor company meetings or to meet with property owners to pick up keys for showings (all travel expenses are compensated).
• Take ownershipof your schedule and performance while managing your earnings.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5-7 yearsof outbound sales experience with a proven track record of success.
• 2-3 yearsof experience working from home, comfortable with remote work and self-management.
• Strongorganizational skillsand a proactive,entrepreneurial mindset. This is an independent role, so you must be able to manage your time effectively.
• Must have acomputer with at least 16GB of RAM(32GB preferred), anoise-canceling headset, andhigh-speed internet.
• You must beoutgoing, confident on the phone, and ready to face the challenges of outbound sales with energy and determination.
• Must be able totravel occasionallyto office locations or meet with property owners for key exchanges and showings.
