Job summary

TTI Group is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive product sales at The Home Depot across Canada. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, leading in-store demonstrations, and supporting merchandising initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has retail or field sales experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a valid Canadian driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or field sales and/or customer service.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada full-time; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service while promoting TTI products.
• Build strong relationships with customers and partners at The Home Depot.
• Conduct in-store trainings and demos for staff and customers.
• Drive new business through effective merchandising and promotions.
• Support brand marketing initiatives and collaborate with sales teams.
• Monitor inventory with the retail partner to ensure availability.
• Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and monitor competition.
• Aim to exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
