Job summary

TTI Canada is seeking Field Sales Representatives for a Leadership Development Program across Canada. You will drive sales of premier power tool brands at Home Depot, build strong customer relationships, and develop sales skills in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, retail/field sales or customer service experience, and a valid driver’s licence. The role includes a company vehicle and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail sales, field sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills required.
• Legal authorization to work full-time in Canada required.
• Valid full provincial driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and reach overhead.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service while showcasing products.
• Build strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Conduct in-store training and demos for staff and customers.
• Drive new business through merchandising and promotions.
• Support brand marketing initiatives and collaborate with sales teams.
• Manage inventory with the retail partner to ensure availability.
• Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and monitor competition.
• Exceed performance metrics and sales targets.
• Participate in Leadership Development Program to build new skills.
