Mission

We seek a dynamic Sales Team Manager responsible for recruiting, managing, and scaling the sales team in a new office location of their choice.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow the customer base and meet sales targets.
  2. Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to high performance.
  3. Monitor team performance and report regularly to management.
  4. Manage recruitment, interviews, and onboarding of sales staff.
  5. Conduct daily meetings to communicate updates and new offers.
  6. Maintain high sales quality and KPI performance.
  7. Mentor team members for leadership roles and assist in opening new offices.
  8. Use CRM tools like Salesforce to track activities.
Requirements
  • Experience in business development, technical sales, account management, and negotiation.
  • Field sales experience and managing sales teams.
  • Experience in hiring processes.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with customer service principles and Salesforce.
