Mission

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Team Manager to recruit, manage, and expand our sales team in a new office location of your choice.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow the customer base and meet sales targets.
  2. Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team for high performance.
  3. Monitor team metrics and report to management.
  4. Manage recruitment, interviews, and onboarding of sales representatives.
  5. Conduct daily team meetings for updates and communication.
  6. Maintain high sales quality and KPI performance.
  7. Mentor team members into leadership roles and support new office openings.
  8. Use CRM tools like Salesforce to track activities and interactions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development, technical sales, account management, and negotiation.
  • Field sales experience and managing sales teams in the field.
  • Experience in hiring processes.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with customer service principles.
  • Experience with technology sales, including Salesforce.
