The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, managing, and scaling the sales team in a brand new office of their choice.Winco will provide everything you need to provide you need to build your business.*Responsibilities** Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve sales goals* Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity* Monitor team performance metrics and provide regular reports to upper management* Promote open sales positions through platforms like Indeed and others; manage the recruitment process including interviews and onboarding of new sales representatives.* Lead daily meetings to communicate critical updates from partners, such as new offers or process changes.* Ensure high sales quality by maintaining top-level KPI performance and minimizing complaints and infractions.* Support business expansion by mentoring team members into leadership roles, including Assistant Manager and assisting in the opening of new offices.* Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities and customer interactions*Requirements** Proven experience in business development, technical sales, account management, and negotiation* Field Sales experience* Managing and coaching a sales teams in the field.* Experience in hiring procress.* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales performance data* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Familiarity with customer service principles and practices* Experience in technology sales ( Sales force)*What We Offer:**Bonuses* ?
