Location: Regina, SK

Job Type: Full-Time | Monday to Friday – 9-5pm

Work Model: Remote Field Work

Compensation Range: $80,000 – $90,000 annually

What You'll Do:

• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, walk-ins, and community networking—you're always on the hunt.
• Manage your territory like your own business, building andmaintaining relationships with both prospects and existing members.
• Meet with business owners, understand their needs and refer them to CFIB’s services.
• Become a subject-matter expertand stay informed about our resources, business issues, and policy updates impacting SMBs.
• Represent an organization that business owners trust and seek for guidance.

• 2+ years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience.
