What You’ll Be Doing

Profitable Tradie is looking for a Sales Manager who can lead our North American sales team to new heights. You’ll manage a team of Connectors, Setters, and Closers—helping them hit targets, improve conversion, and follow best-practice sales rhythms every single day.

This isn’t a sideline leadership gig—you’ll be hands-on with coaching, call reviews, training, tracking, and performance management. You’ll lead by example, optimize the sales experience, and build the systems that scale.

You’ll:

  • Own the sales rhythm — daily standups, weekly training, accountability meetings, and quarterly direction sessions
  • Review sales calls and run regular 1:1 coaching to lift performance
  • Track sales KPIs and maintain accurate reporting and scoreboards
  • Run departmental training for the full sales team (Connectors, Setters, Closers)
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, and upskilling of new sales reps
  • Drive business improvement projects to optimize sales operations
  • Work closely with Marketing and Client Success to refine lead flow and onboarding
  • Engage in ongoing personal and professional development (you walk the talk)

Who You Are

You’re a results-driven sales professional with real leadership chops. You’ve led remote teams, know your way around a sales funnel, and thrive in a performance culture where coaching, accountability, and clarity are king.

You bring:

  • Proven sales management experience, ideally in a remote or inside sales environment
  • Strong coaching and training ability — you know how to bring the best out of people
  • Sharp analytical skills — you live in KPIs, dashboards, and performance data
  • Confidence in running meetings, setting targets, and holding people accountable
  • Experience hiring and onboarding new reps into a fast-paced team
  • A love of process, rhythm, structure—and getting results through your team
  • A good sense of humour and love for a fun, high-energy team dynamic
