Job summary

Gateway Group is seeking a Project Sales Consultant to build a pipeline for residential renovation projects. You will conduct on-site discovery, translate client needs into scope, present proposals, and close contracts while maintaining the CRM pipeline.

This field-based role covers Hamilton and surrounding areas with regular office meetings. Base salary and uncapped commission with strong upside, plus vehicle allowance and phone stipend.

Qualifications

3+ years of sales experience in residential construction/renovation with client-facing duties.
Ability to build a pipeline from scratch and manage it in CRM (GHL preferred).
Comfort reading a job site and translating client vision into project scope.
Strong CRM discipline and self-management.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Nice to have: existing Hamilton network and renovation deals $75K+.

Responsibilities

Generate consultations through outbound prospecting, referrals, and network cultivation.
Conduct on-site discovery: measurements, specs, photos, and client priorities.
Present proposals, handle objections, and close signed contracts.
Keep your pipeline current in GHL and participate in weekly reviews.
