Job summary

Gateway Group renovates homes, builds new ones, and runs a construction company Hamilton homeowners trust. We are rebuilding our residential renovation division and this Project Sales Consultant role is a key hire this year.

This hunter role will build a pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and networking (roughly 70-80% of consultations), with inbound support from our Inside Sales Agent. You’ll run on-site discovery, then present proposals and close deals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in residential construction/renovation or hands-on construction roles with client-facing responsibility
• Proven ability to build a pipeline from scratch
• Strong CRM discipline and self-management
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Generate consultations through outbound prospecting, referrals, and network cultivation
• Conduct on-site discovery: measurements, specs, photos, and client priorities
• Present proposals, handle objections, and close signed contracts
• Keep your pipeline current in GHL and participate in weekly reviews
