Job summary

InTandem Talent seeks a Project Sales Consultant to develop a pipeline in residential renovation, conduct on-site discovery, and close contracts. You’ll partner with operations for pricing and use a CRM to track progress while meeting weekly reviews.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in residential construction/renovation or hands-on construction with client-facing responsibility.
• Ability to build a pipeline from scratch and manage a sales process.
• Comfort reading job site and translating vision into project scope.

Responsibilities

• Generate consultations through outbound prospecting, referrals and networking.
• Conduct on-site discovery: measurements, specs, photos, and client priorities.
• Present proposals, handle objections, and close signed contracts.
• Maintain pipeline in CRM and participate in weekly reviews.
