Brandt Tractor Ltd is seeking a Territory Manager - Rentals in Surrey to grow a territory and strengthen customer relationships across Brandt Group. You will prospect, present rental solutions, and manage quotes, availability, and logistics, while partnering with service and billing teams to exceed targets.

Ideal candidates have proven outside sales success, deep equipment knowledge, and a consultative, customer-first approach in a fast-paced field role requiring travel.

Qualifications

• Proven success in outside sales within equipment rental, construction, or heavy equipment.
• Strong understanding of construction equipment and jobsite operations.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect, close, and grow accounts.
• Excellent problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Customer-first attitude with a consultative sales approach.
• Self-motivated with follow-through in a field role.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory and internationally when needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned territory and customer portfolio.
• Proactively prospect and develop new business via outbound calls, site visits, and networking.
• Prepare sales action plans to expand wallet share within existing accounts.
• Coordinate rentals, quotes, availability, and deliveries.
• Serve as primary contact, coordinating with service, billing, and logistics.
• Maintain accurate records of activity and opportunities in the CRM.
• Attend industry associations, trade shows, and local events.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and metrics.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
