Job summary

Brandt Tractor Ltd in Stoney Creek, ON is seeking a Territory Manager - Rentals to develop new customer relationships and grow existing accounts in the rentals space. You will consult with clients, assess jobsite needs, and tailor equipment rental solutions to support success.

You'll prospect, visit sites, and collaborate with Brandt teams to coordinate service, billing, and logistics while meeting sales targets. Travel within the assigned territory is required.

Qualifications

Proven outside sales experience in equipment or construction.
Strong ability to develop and manage a sales pipeline.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow an assigned territory and customer portfolio.
Proactively prospect and develop new business through outbound calls and site visits.
Coordinate rentals and generate quotes; manage equipment availability.
Serve as primary point of contact, coordinating with service, billing, and logistics.
Maintain CRM records of activity and opportunities.
Meet or exceed sales targets and collaborate with internal teams.
