Brandt Tractor Ltd. in Surrey is seeking a Territory Manager for Compact Construction Equipment. You will drive sales of new and used equipment, develop territory strategies, and build lasting customer relationships across the region.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven sales experience in construction, agricultural, or heavy equipment industries.
• Strong knowledge of compact construction equipment, including skid steers, track loaders, mini excavators, and wheel loaders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to maximize revenue and expand market share.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and respond to market trends to achieve growth targets.
• Promote compact construction equipment to strengthen brand presence and increase sales.
• Negotiate sales contracts and terms to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for retention and referrals.
• Collaborate with Parts, Service and Finance to provide integrated customer solutions.
• Monitor customer operations to anticipate needs and provide proactive solutions.
• Prepare and maintain customer status reports including call activity and opportunity tracking.
• Coordinate equipment check-ins, upfitting, and delivery schedules with Sales Coordinators.
• Complete all sales documentation, travel plans, and expense reports promptly.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and training sessions.
