Job summary

Brandt Tractor Ltd in Edmonton is seeking a Territory Manager - Rentals to develop new customer relationships while growing existing accounts. You will focus on consultative selling, understanding jobsite needs, and delivering rental equipment solutions to support customer success.

As a trusted advisor in construction and heavy equipment, you will prospect, visit sites, and manage quotes, availability, and logistics.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in outside sales within equipment rental, construction, or heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow an assigned territory and customer portfolio.
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers across Brandt Group of Companies.
  • Proactively prospect and develop new business via outbound calls, site visits and networking.
  • Create daily and weekly customer visit plans and execute regular in-person jobsite meetings.
  • Prepare sales action plans to expand wallet share within existing accounts.
  • Recommend equipment solutions based on customer requirements, timelines, and budgets.
  • Generate quotes, manage equipment availability, and coordinate rentals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinating internally on service, billing, and logistics.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer activity, opportunities, and pipeline in the CRM.
  • Participate in industry associations, trade shows, and local networking events.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and activity metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Submit expense accounts on a timely basis and in accordance with company policy.

Job description

Brandt Tractor Ltd is currently seeking a Territory Manager - Rentals for our Edmonton Construction & Forestry location.

The Territory Manager - Rentals is responsible for developing new customer relationships while maintaining and growing existing accounts.

This role focuses on consultive selling, understanding customer jobsite needs and delivering equipment rental solutions that support their success. This role requires a strong ability to identify and pursue new opportunities while also acting as a trusted advisor to existing customers.

What You Will Be Responsible For

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
