Jolera in Ottawa, Ontario, is seeking an experienced Technical Support/Field Services professional to deliver remote and on-site IT support for MSP clients. You will handle service tickets, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with onsite technicians across various client locations in the city, with travel up to 30-40% as required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in a Technical Support role.
• Hands-on troubleshooting across OS, malware, antivirus, and software installs.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook-Exchange environments.
• Basic server knowledge including Exchange Server, Hyper-V, VMware vSphere, Citrix Xenserver.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Provide split support to Service Delivery (80%) and Field Services (20%).
• Respond to service requests via telephone and email per SLA.
• Perform on-site support and remote troubleshooting as needed.
• On-site problem determination, troubleshooting, and ticket ownership throughout incidents.
• Coordinate tickets with Jolera onsite technicians and internal resources.
