Job summary

Whizz in Toronto is seeking a Field Recovery Agent to collect and recover electric bicycles and mopeds from debtors, coordinating with law enforcement when needed. You will use CRM, Google Sheets, Excel and Notion to manage tasks and communicate professionally with customers.

This role requires willingness to travel around Toronto and possibly other cities for day trips, with a fast-paced work environment and ownership of a vehicle strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in security, police, army, or related field (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Strong multitasking, detail orientation, organization, and interpersonal abilities.
• Car ownership and willingness to use it for the job.

Responsibilities

• Conduct round trips to collect and retrieve electric bicycles, mopeds from debtors.
• Confidently communicate with debtors regarding outstanding balances and e-bike collections.
• Manage tasks using CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, and Notion software.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by other departments.
• Ability to effectively communicate with law enforcement and delinquent customers.
• Willingness to travel within Toronto and other cities for day trips.

Responsibilities

• Conduct round trips to collect and retrieve electric bicycles, mopeds from debtors
• Confidently communicate with debtors regarding outstanding balances and e-bike collections
• Manage tasks using CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, and Notion software
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by other departments
• Ability to effectively communicate with law enforcement and delinquent customers
• Willingness to work in various parts of Toronto travel within the province and other cities for day trips

Requirements

• 1 years of experience in security, police, army, or a related field (preferred)

• Car ownership (preferably a bigger car to move bikes) and willingness to use it for the job
