• Five or more years of experience in service or parts departments of trucking industry.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Velocity Truck Centres Canada products and pricing.
• Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business.
• Visit assigned customers and cultivate long-term relationships.
• Prospect new customers and meet or exceed sales goals.
• Coordinate parts orders with inside parts sales to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare sales documentation and paperwork for successful closures.
• Monitor market trends and respond to competitive changes.
• Document activity and report progress to supervisor.
• Serve as a public relations liaison for VTC and resolve customer concerns.
