Job summary

Grainger Canada in Fort McMurray, AB is seeking a Customer Service/Inventory Specialist to support on-site client locations. You will service multiple customer sites on a designated route, stock products, and ensure accurate inventory levels while promoting Grainger policies.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in customer service or sales, strong communication, and comfort with technology. Travel to customer sites is required; safety PPE may be necessary.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in customer service/selling (retail/telephone/warehouse) environments.
• Strong client-facing and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort with daily use of technology and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve multiple customer locations on a designated route with on-site services.
• Receive and stock purchased product at customer locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and proper labeling on hand.
• Resolve customer problems promptly to retain loyalty.
• Travel to customer sites and participate in KeepStock projects as needed.
