Job summary

Grainger Canada is seeking an experienced Lead, Sales & Service Rep for an onsite role in Alberta. You will support the Operations Manager and lead a team to deliver superior customer service, drive sales, and improve branch processes.

The role operates on a 14-days-on, 14-days-off rotation with 12-hour shifts from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm, sometimes switching between days and nights with advance notice. A strong emphasis is placed on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service and sales experience in a related field preferred.
• Previous leadership experience would be a definite asset.
• Passion for customer service, sales, and people development.

Responsibilities

• Supports branch leadership in a facility with multiple team members.
• Provides peer-to-peer coaching to support skill development and confidence.
• Manage afterhours requests on night shifts and participate in customer calls.
