Job summary

Grainger Canada is seeking a customer-focused service and inventory specialist to service multiple customer locations on a designated route in Edmonton. You will receive and stock products, verify inventory levels, and maintain accurate labeling and quantities on site.

As part of the role, you will support non-route activities, handle data collection for KeepStock implementations, and assist customers with staging and organizing products at client sites. Travel to customer sites is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 3+ years experience in customer service/selling (Retail/telephone/warehouse).
• Ability to use technology daily and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and inventory management on a designated route.
• Receive and stock purchased product at customer locations and ensure proper labeling/quantities.
• Support non-route activities including machine maintenance and inventory projects.
• Identify additional product needs to grow accounts and generate new orders.
• Collaborate with sales to improve customer experience and drive business.
