Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 3+ years experience in customer service/selling (Retail/phone/warehouse).
• Self-motivated with high energy and dedication to customer service and sales growth.
• Must be comfortable using technology daily.
• Able to collaborate with tact and diplomacy with customers and cross-functional partners.
• Strong judgment and independent problem-solving aligned with Grainger values.
• Able to handle various technical and operational issues.
• Adaptable to a rapidly changing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve multiple customer locations on a designated route and stock purchased product.
• Ensure proper stocking levels by scanning orders and managing inventory on site.
• Resolve customer problems promptly to retain loyalty and follow Grainger policy.
• Meet defined KPIs and comply with safety requirements.
• Perform non-route tasks like on-site machine service and inventory projects.
• Collaborate with sales to improve customer experience and drive business.
