Grainger Canada is seeking a Field Operations Associate II to support customer service and inventory management on a route-based basis in Timmins and northern communities. The role involves stocking, labeling, and inventory oversight at customer sites, and identifying on-site needs for Grainger products.

Travel to customer locations is required, along with cross-functional collaboration to improve service and sales.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years experience in customer service/selling (Retail/phone/warehouse).
• Self-motivated with energy and a focus on service and sales growth.
• Proficient with daily use of technology.
• Ability to collaborate with internal/external customers and cross-functional partners.

Aufgaben

• Travel within Timmins and Northern communities, including Timmins branch site.
• Provide customer service and inventory management on a designated route; stock and verify inventory.
• Resolve customer problems promptly to retain loyalty per Grainger policy.
• Follow safety/inspection requirements of Grainger and client sites.
• Meet defined KPIs for the position.
