Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience from product selection to order entry and loading.
• Capitalize on sales opportunities with branch customers to drive revenue.
• Navigate multiple computer systems for customer-facing and warehouse tasks.
• Assist customers and perform warehouse/showroom tasks safely for pickup or shipping.
• Maintain branch appearance and housekeeping to Grainger standards.
• Promote Grainger products and services and provide substitutions when needed.
• Provide delivery and lead-time updates, quotes and other updates to customers.
• Travel to customer sites as required.
