Grainger Canada is seeking a Field Operations Associate II to service multiple customer locations on a designated route in the Prince Rupert, BC area. You will manage inventory, stock products, and resolve customer issues to promote loyalty and on-site efficiency.

The role requires a High School Diploma and 3+ years of customer service experience, with daily technology use and strong communication. It is a part-time position at 32 hours/week, with occasional travel within 200 km once per week,

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in customer service/selling (retail/telephone/warehouse)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfort with daily use of technology
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners and maintain professionalism

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service and inventory management across multiple customer locations on a designated route
• Receive and stock purchased product at customer locations and ensure proper labeling/quantities
• Resolve customer problems promptly to promote loyalty and adhere to Grainger policies
• Perform on-site machine maintenance and participate in KeepStock inventory projects as needed
• Support cross-functional partnerships and contribute to sales opportunities on site
