Job summary

Dr. Clean Inc. in Ontario is hiring an Industrial Technician/Labourer to join our growing team. This full-time role supports on-site cleaning, maintenance, and post-construction tasks across our Sudbury, Timmins, and Greater Toronto Area operations.

You’ll operate high-powered equipment, handle hand tools, and work outdoors on 12-hour shifts with early starts. We value reliability, safety, and the ability to work independently while delivering top-quality service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and own transportation required.
• Must be bondable with a Criminal Record Check.
• Must be flexible and available on weekends.
• Comfort driving straight box trucks (training provided).
• Pressure washing experience is an asset (training provided).
• Mechanically inclined or comfortable with small hand tools on site.
• Able to operate various hand tools (shovels, squeegees, brooms, etc.).
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to work outdoors in a variety of conditions.
• Willing to perform general Labourer duties including post-construction cleanup, window cleaning, and working at heights.

Currently hiring: Full-Time Industrial Technician/Labourer

• Valid license and own method of transportation is mandatory, early start time of 5:00am
• Must be bondable (Criminal Record Check)
• Must be flexible and available on weekends
• Must be comfortable driving straight box trucks (Will train)
• Pressure washing experience is an asset (Will train)
• Individuals must be mechanically inclined, or familiar on using small hand tools to perform on site maintenance
• Operate a multitude of hand tools including shovels, squeegees, brooms, etc.
• Individuals must be comfortable working on their own with little supervision.
• Individuals must be comfortable and willing to working outside
• Operating high powered pressure washer, for extended periods of time.
• Individuals must be willing and able to perform General Labourer duties that include but not limited to:
  • Post construction clean up, interior/exterior window cleaning, working at heights, specialized cleaning services, other duties as assigned.
• Perform all work as directed by onsite supervisor or leadership personnel.

Experience considered an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 48 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

• French considered an asset

• 12 hour shift - 5am to 5pm
• Weekend Shifts

• Evening Shifts

Experience:

• Industrial: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:
