Job summary

Dr. Clean Inc. in Ontario is hiring an Industrial Technician/Labourer to join our growing team. This full-time role supports on-site cleaning, maintenance, and post-construction tasks across our Sudbury, Timmins, and Greater Toronto Area operations.

You’ll operate high-powered equipment, handle hand tools, and work outdoors on 12-hour shifts with early starts. We value reliability, safety, and the ability to work independently while delivering top-quality service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and own transportation required.
• Must be bondable with a Criminal Record Check.
• Must be flexible and available on weekends.
• Comfort driving straight box trucks (training provided).
• Pressure washing experience is an asset (training provided).
• Mechanically inclined or comfortable with small hand tools on site.
• Able to operate various hand tools (shovels, squeegees, brooms, etc.).
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to work outdoors in a variety of conditions.
• Willing to perform general Labourer duties including post-construction cleanup, window cleaning, and working at heights.

Responsibilities

• Post-construction cleanup, interior and exterior window cleaning.
• Working at heights and performing specialized cleaning tasks.
• Operate high-powered pressure washer for extended periods.
• Follow onsite supervision directions.
• Other duties as assigned.
