Job summary

Dr. Clean Inc. in Sudbury is hiring an Industrial Site Supervisor to oversee daily industrial cleaning operations. You will lead Industrial Technician/Labours, ensure safety, coordinate schedules, and maintain client standards.

The role requires experience in janitorial/industrial cleaning, a valid driver’s license, flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Join a growing company delivering top-quality service across Ontario.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in janitorial or industrial cleaning is required.
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience is an asset.
• Valid driver’s license with own transportation.
• Must be bondable and legally able to work in Canada.
• Must be flexible and available early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong time management and organization skills.
• Bilingual – English, French and Spanish considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate industrial technicians in cleaning operations.
• Provide hands-on leadership to ensure safety, efficiency, and client specifications.
• Coordinate daily work, schedules, crew deployment, and equipment needs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies, client procedures, and PPE.
• Monitor equipment operation, handling, and maintenance of cleaning tools.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor quality and safety compliance.
• Support onboarding and development of industrial technicians.
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment in safe, clean condition.
