Job summary

Alpine is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee a portfolio of client sites in London, Woodstock, and surrounding rural communities. You will lead frontline teams, coach staff, and ensure service delivery meets our standards.

The role is field-based with travel across the assigned region, supporting day and night shifts, occasional evenings and weekends, and onboarding new team members. Join a team-focused environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading teams in a multi-site operations environment.
• 2+ years experience in commercial cleaning, facilities services, hospitality, or similar service-focused industry.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout assigned territory.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of multiple client sites.
• Onboard, train, schedule, and support frontline employees.
• Provide coaching and recognition to teams.
• Build relationships with clients and respond to service requests promptly.
• Conduct quality inspections and site audits to meet Alpine standards.
• Monitor staffing, schedules, labour hours, and budgets.
