Job summary

Alpine is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead multiple client sites across Calgary and surrounding rural communities. You will oversee frontline teams, coach staff, and ensure service excellence through daily operations, audits, and client engagement.

The role requires coordinating day-to-day activities, scheduling, and maintaining budgets, with travel across the region. A strong focus on safety, quality, and team development is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading and developing teams in multi-site operations.
• 2+ years in commercial cleaning, facilities services, hospitality, or similar service-focused industry.
• Coaching and building engaged, high-performing teams.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with Dayforce, OrangeQC, Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel across territory.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of multiple client sites.
• Onboard, train, schedule, and support frontline employees.
• Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and recognition to teams.
• Build client relationships and respond to service requests promptly.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and site audits to meet Alpine standards.
• Monitor staffing, schedules, labour hours, and budgets.
• Utilize Dayforce, OrangeQC, and other tools to manage operations.
• Address concerns quickly and prevent escalations.
• Report maintenance issues and follow through on repairs.
• Manage supply inventory and equipment within budget.
• Ensure policy, health & safety, and legislation compliance.
• Collaborate with People & Culture, Health & Safety, Service, and Maintenance teams.
