Job summary

Alpine is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee a portfolio of client sites in Mississauga, Milton, and surrounding areas. You will lead frontline teams, train staff, and ensure high service levels while maintaining budgets and safety standards.

This field-based role requires regular travel, day and night shift coverage, and the ability to respond to client needs with proactive solutions. Start date around September/October 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience leading frontline teams across multiple sites.
• Proven ability to coach and develop staff in a field setting.
• Strong customer-service mindset with client relationship skills.
• Proficiency with workforce technology and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of multiple client sites.
• Onboard, train, schedule, and support frontline employees.
• Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and recognition.
• Build relationships with clients and respond to service requests promptly.
• Conduct quality inspections and site audits to uphold standards.
• Monitor staffing, hours, and budgets to optimize operations.
• Utilize Dayforce, OrangeQC, and MS Office to manage operations.
• Address concerns quickly and prevent issues from escalating.
• Report facility maintenance and ensure timely repairs.
• Manage supply inventory and equipment within budget.
• Ensure health & safety policies and relevant regulations are followed.
• Collaborate with People & Culture, Health & Safety, Service, and Maintenance teams.
