Job summary

McDonald’s Canada is seeking a Field Service Consultant to optimize sales, QSC, profit and people development across Owner/Operator groups. You will report to the Director of Field Service and partner with Directors, Restaurant Leadership Teams and field personnel to maximize business potential.

You will drive relationship building, lead-market initiatives, and guide reinvestment and staffing strategies to sustain growth and brand standards across markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of QSR/ McDonalds operations experience.
• Exceptional communication skills for franchise and corporate teams.
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as an advocate for Owner/Operator and the Company, ensuring both viewpoints are clearly communicated.
• Coach Owner/Operator to improve restaurant performance.
• Provide rewards and recognition for Owner/Operators and Management Teams.
• Organize annual Owner/Operator Business Meetings and advise on growth.
• Assist in reinvestment plans for openings, rebuilds, remodels and equipment purchases.
• Coordinate with Regional Support Staff when appropriate.
• Ensure staffing supports business growth and local marketing plans.
