How would you like to work for the #1 quick service restaurant operation in the world? We currently have a 12-month contract opportunity as a Finance Consultant available in the Finance team. This position reports to the Manager and works closely with Finance Directors and key stakeholders. We are seeking a motivated professional eager to learn, develop, and grow within our organization.

Responsibilities

The person in this role will have the following major responsibilities:

• Support and Accelerate Business Growth
  • Analyze the impact of business initiatives on profitability and present findings to management.
  • Participate in developing strategic plans at national and regional levels.
  • Assess the financial viability of new and existing restaurant sites.
  • Provide recommendations to improve profitability and processes.
  • Build financial models to identify opportunities and assess risks.
  • Lead special projects with oversight from Controllers.
• Risk Management
  • Monitor franchisees' financial health and provide guidance.
  • Interpret industry trends and advise on risk mitigation.
• Governance
  • Update and establish financial policies and standards.
  • Ensure understanding and compliance among stakeholders.
• Reporting and Planning
  • Monitor and report on regional and franchisee financial performance.
  • Improve reporting processes.
  • Prepare forecasts and projections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline; CPA designation preferred.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Finance Manager or Senior Financial Analyst.
