$25.96/hr - $41.95/hr

Job Summary

As a Field Marketing Specialist, you will be part of a high-growth tech startup with a collaborative culture. Reporting to the Sr. Group Manager and working in close partnership with the Field Marketing Managers for Consumer Industries, Communications, Media and Entertainment, and Gaming (CMEG), as well as Digital Native Business (DNB), you will support the execution of marketing strategies across these sectors.

Requirements

• 2+ years of marketing event experience in a B2B enterprise software company.
• Proficient with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Mail), Microsoft Excel (including complex spreadsheets), and Mac.
• Exceptional customer service skills for essential business partners.
• Experience with Asana, Marketo, Salesforce, and Tableau is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for events when appropriate.
• Prior experience as a Field Marketing Specialist is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of marketing activities across industries, including webinars, workshops, large-scale in-person events, executive events, and third-party sponsorships.
• Assist with building and maintaining reports and dashboards to meet registration goals and ensure timely sales follow-up.
• Support contract submissions and budget tracking.
• Document program deliverables to ensure scalability and repeatability.
