Job summary

Flordeco Covers Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to ensure installation work is carried out by third-party installers and to manage delivery and installation schedules.

The role involves direct interaction with customers, sales reps, installers and drivers, taking measurements before work begins and entering data into the computer system. Your responsibilities include scheduling deliveries, following up by phone and CRM, issuing picking lists and work orders, adjusting invoices, taking

Qualifications

• Be responsible and able to work independently.
• Energetic, dependable and organized.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Hold a valid driver’s licence.
• Available Monday to Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Schedule deliveries and installations;
• Follow up with customers, sales representatives and installers by phone and through the CRM;
• Issue picking lists and work orders;
• Adjust customer invoices and verify installers’ invoices;
• Take measurements at customers’ homes;
• Perform other related duties.
