Job summary

Henry Schein Edmonton is seeking an Equipment Service Technician to support dental practitioners and practices with equipment installation, diagnostics, maintenance and repairs. You will engage clients, learn vendor equipment, and ensure service needs are met across Edmonton and surrounding areas.

The role emphasizes hands-on equipment work, strong customer relationships, and being a reliable team member in a dynamic health solutions company.

Qualifications

Strong customer relationships and delivering great service.
Natural tinkerer with a passion for installing, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment.
Understanding and working with machinery and equipment.
Good time management and organizational skills under pressure.
Education in mechanical or electrical technology is an asset.
Experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Be the point of contact for clients, providing service needs.
Foster new client connections, promoting new business and services.
Understand how parts of equipment run to repair.
Service equipment; support installations, run diagnostics, and perform repairs.
Keep up to date with vendor equipment and machinery.
Manage administrative duties including work orders, billings and inventory of parts/tools.
This role requires heavy lifting of equipment and machinery.
