Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Experience with inventory management and field equipment.
• Proficient with iOS/Android devices and GNSS receivers.
• Strong organizational and data-entry skills with Excel expertise.

Responsibilities

• Receive, prepare, maintain, and issue field equipment from Burnaby warehouse.
• Coordinate equipment and vehicle requests, shipments, and returns across Canada.
• Pickup and deliver equipment from vendors and Jacobs offices.
• Track inventory using digital tools and maintain accurate records.
• Process internal billing and data entry.
• Respond to equipment requests with quick turnarounds.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs or replacements.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and safety.
