Job summary

Becton Dickinson is seeking a Deployment Consultant, Solution Deployment to guide customers through BD Medication Management Solutions implementations. The role requires clinical and technical expertise in pharmacy and nursing workflows with field-based work across Canada.

The ideal candidate will have an RN designation, a 5+ year track record in healthcare or medical devices, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or College diploma in Business, Science, Health Sciences or similar.
Minimum of 5 years of related experience in a medical device or healthcare environment including clinical/technical involvement.
Must hold a Registered Nurse designation.

Responsibilities

Leads customer site and workflow assessments and facilitates design and deployment phases for BD Medication Management Solutions.
Provides team support and information related to BD Medication Management Solutions.
Manages customer stakeholder teams and communicates concisely.
Facilitates calls/meetings to progress design and deployment goals.
Establishes rapport with customers for long-term relationships.
Demonstrates problem solving and system consultation for pharmacy/infusion workflows.
Installs, validates and trains end users on BD solutions (software & hardware).
Maintains project documentation and reports.
