Job summary

Fuze HR Solutions is seeking a Field Coordinator for the Railings team in Concord, Ontario. The role connects the job site with the project team, attending site meetings, recording measurements, inspecting progress, and updating the Senior Project Manager on scope and schedule.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in active construction environments, with on-site responsibilities in window wall, curtain wall, and railing projects.

Qualifications

• Full G licence and a reliable vehicle to travel to job sites.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in note-taking and documentation.
• Comfortable using a tape measure and reading drawings.
• Experience in field management is an asset.
• Experience in the window wall, curtain wall, or railing industry is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Attend site meetings and keep detailed notes of all meetings and discussions.
• Review all project elements, including scope of work, special requirements, and lead times.
• Visit work sites to inspect assigned projects and update the Senior Project Manager.
• Assist with measuring on site and recording measurements accurately.
• Other duties as assigned.
