Job summary

Fuze HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Vaughan, Ontario, to oversee residential construction projects from planning through completion. This hands-on role coordinates field operations, manages schedules and ensures safety and compliance while maintaining excellent client communication.

The successful candidate will balance site work with office duties, review invoices, and contribute to project documentation and estimates.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or field management.
• Familiarity with CAD drawings and construction documentation.
• Valid Ontario G class driver’s license.
• Ability to travel to various job sites.
• Strong organizational, communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential construction projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate field teams and dispatch workers.
• Monitor schedules, site activities and progress.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
• Maintain communications with clients, suppliers and accounting.
• Prepare project documentation and reports.
• Review invoices and track project costs.
• Prepare and upload project estimates.
• Coordinate material procurement and on-site delivery.
• Participate in production meetings.
• Identify schedule delays and coordinate resolutions.
• Prepare documentation for final inspections.
