Job summary

Diversified is seeking a Project Operations Field Implementation Manager to lead onsite teams in Calgary. You will supervise 10–15+ technicians and subcontractors, enforce standards, and act as the face of Diversified during the implementation phase on key projects.

Interest in CTS/CTSI certifications helps; travel to multiple job sites, strong AV/cabling knowledge, and ability to manage safety, quality control, and client relations are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a senior or lead technician or site superintendent.
• Familiarity with a wide range of audio, video and networking equipment.
• Experience in construction environments and low voltage concepts.
• Advanced AV installation skills and strong problem solving.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service abilities.
• CTS or CTSI certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as Site Superintendent on high profile projects and be the single point of contact for onsite teams.
• Pass and filter information to the Project Manager and escalate field issues.
• Support integration, testing, and deployment of installation standards.
• Assist in developing growth plans for process and operations staff.
• Ensure safety, quality control and QA across field activities.
• Coordinate travel, scheduling, and overtime to meet deadlines.
• Provide daily feedback to the Project Manager and maintain field reports.
