Job summary

Raymond West is seeking an Account Manager to join our Sales team in Canada. The role acts as the vital link between customers and our company, managing a defined territory and driving customer satisfaction through proactive service and solutions.

You will leverage strong communication, organizational skills and product knowledge to build lasting relationships, present proposals, and grow revenue while supporting the company’s end-to-end warehouse solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from four-year college or technical school; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Ability to maintain accurate customer profiles and effective territory management.

Responsibilities

• To represent the Company loyally, faithfully, with honesty and integrity.
• To sell the products and services within established Company prices and policies.
• To maintain accurate and current customer profiles on all accounts.
• Each Core Sales Representative will maintain an accurate database for each account in their territory.
• To make every possible effort to produce satisfactory sales volume and gross profit for the Company.
