Job summary

Hilti Canada is seeking an Account Manager to grow a portfolio of construction customers. You’ll manage relationships, demonstrate our tools on site, and provide high level consultations to drive productivity and safety in your territory.

You’ll create daily schedules and spend time on jobsites and client offices, using Salesforce to track interactions and report on progress. A valid driver’s license is required, and travel to the US for training may be necessary.

Qualifications

• At least three years of outside sales experience – preferably in an environment with set targets.
• Hands-on attitude – you'll be demonstrating our tools to customers, using Salesforce to track activities.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license – company car provided.
• Excellent time and territory management skills.
• Must be able to walk on construction projects, climb scaffolding, and lift up to 65 pounds.
• Flexible and varied schedule with international travel for initial training.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers to create long-term, profitable partnerships.
• Time and Territory Management – create a daily schedule to optimize client potential by zone.
• Be a Hilti Champion – present high level consultations and represent the Hilti brand.
• Track progress in Salesforce and report on activity to support sales outcomes.
