Job summary

Hilti Canada is seeking a field-based Account Manager to manage a portfolio of customer accounts in the Edmonton area. You will build long-term, profitable relationships, demonstrate Hilti tools on-site, and provide high-level consultations to drive productivity and safety for customers in construction settings.

The role requires 3+ years of outside sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong time/territory management skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• At least three years of outside sales experience – preferably with set targets.
• Hands-on attitude – demonstrating our tools to customers and using Salesforce to track activities.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and be prepared to drive in a field-based role.
• Excellent time and territory management skills.
• Able to walk on construction sites, climb scaffolding, and lift up to 65 pounds.
• Flexible and varied schedule required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and capture opportunities with on-site or in-office meetings.
• Create daily schedules to optimize client potential and sales productivity by zone.
• Present high-level consultations and represent the Hilti brand in the marketplace.
• Record interactions in Salesforce to track sales progress and provide reporting.
