Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in team management or supervision in a retail environment.
• Ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience and engage the team in service standards.
• Strong organization, planning, and prioritization skills under pressure.
• Proven ability to lead a team toward achieving objectives and drive sales.
• Fashion awareness and knowledge of trends relevant to RW&CO products.
• Proficient with POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible availability; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

• Lead and coach a high-performing team on the sales floor and in operations.
