RW&CO is seeking an Assistant Store Manager at Toronto Premium Outlet to drive daily operations, coach a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will lead initiatives in customer service, merchandising, and omni-channel efforts while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications include 2+ years in retail supervision, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with POS, ERP, ATS, and MS Office.

• 2+ years of experience in team management or supervision in a retail or customer-focused environment.
• Ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience and engage the team to uphold high service standards.
• Strong skills in organization, planning, and prioritization.
• Ability to maintain high performance under pressure.
• Proven ability to lead a team toward achieving objectives.
• Solid skills in driving strong sales performance.
• Capacity to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Passion for fashion and solid knowledge of fashion trends.
• Proficient in POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible availability; evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use a ladder up to 3 m.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and develop a high-performing team on the sales floor and guide daily operations.

• Monitor KPIs, identify opportunities, and support store goals and brand growth.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training; assist with succession planning.
• Manage inventory, compliance, and store procedures with strong organization.
• Maintain an appealing Visual & Merchandising environment and optimize product displays.
• Propose creative, tailored solutions to challenges and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead by example and uphold dress code, fostering engagement and teamwork.
• Assist in floor scheduling and daily task delegation for smooth operations.
• Support omnichannel initiatives to maximize sales and seamless customer experience.
