Job summary

RW&CO, a brand under Reitmans Canada Limited, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the flagship Sherway Gardens location in Toronto. You will report to the Store Manager, drive daily operations, lead a team, and elevate the customer experience while upholding brand standards.

You will oversee coaching, inventory, merchandising, and omni-channel initiatives, ensuring exceptional service and sales performance. The role requires strong leadership and fashion sense.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of team management or supervision experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience and engage the team in high service standards.
• Strong organization, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to maintain performance and quality under pressure.
• Proven ability to lead a team toward achieving objectives.
• Solid skills in driving strong sales performance.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Passion for fashion and knowledge of trends.
• Proficient in POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and reach up to 3 m.
• High school diploma required.
